- Able to cut, slice, chop and peel
vegetables and fruits.
- Responsible for clean-up of kitchen
prep area.
PREP
COOK
- Assembles deli, vegetable or fruit
platters.
- Preparation of salads and other cold
food items.
- Responsible for high end prep duties
such as guard manager, cooking and grilling prep.
GRILL
COOK
- Grill and cook food items as directed
by chef or location standards.
FIRST COOK
- Skilled in all aspects of the kitchen.
SOUS
CHEF
- Able to perform duties of first cook.
- Responsible for operation of entire
kitchen in absence of chef including staff supervision.
CHEF
- Responsible for entire kitchen in
